How to book / reserve a surgery slot:
After initial personal or online consultation with Dr. Madhu, you will be concluding on the no. of grafts that can be implanted on the day of the procedure. After a cogent discussion, you need to pay Rs. 5000/- in advance to book / reserve a slot on any one of the dates provided by us.
Once the advance payment is made, you will be receiving a letter acknowledging the same. You will also receive a Pre-Operative instructions note along with the acknowledgement letter which mentions the date and time of the surgery.
Mode of Payment: We accept cash / Demand draft. No cheques are accepted. |
